The Chairman of Obio/Akpor Local Government Council of Rivers State, Barr, George Ariolu has again procured another sets of Transformers.
Spokesperson of the Council – Ichenwo Goodluck disclosed this in a statement.
He said in the coming days, the transformers will be distributed to different communities in the area.
