The Rivers State APC has praised President Bola Tinubu and FCT Minister, Nyesom Wike, for what it described as “visible strides in governance,” while dismissing Omoyele Sowore’s recent criticisms as baseless.
APC Chairman, Chief Tony Okocha, in a press statement, credited President Tinubu with stabilizing the naira, boosting agriculture, expanding infrastructure, and introducing student loans. “The blind can see the progress,” he stated.
He further lauded Wike as a “profound development agent” transforming Abuja to match global standards. Okocha detailed Wike’s long political journey, describing him as “consistently consistent” and fearless in leadership.
The statement concluded with a warning to Sowore: “Spreading fake news with the clear intention to defame the character or integrity of others is unacceptable. Any action capable of undermining Nigeria’s democracy is treasonable.”
