The All Progressives Congress (APC) has confirmed the resignation of its National Chairman, Dr. Abdullahi Ganduje, citing the need to attend to significant personal matters as the real reason for his decision to step down.
In a statement issued on Friday by the APC National Publicity Secretary, Felix Morka, the party said Ganduje tendered his resignation voluntarily.
Following his exit, President Bola Tinubu has directed the Deputy National Chairman (North), Ali Dalori, to take over in an acting capacity, pending the convening of the party’s National Executive Committee (NEC).
