A Port Harcourt resident and supporter of the former Transport Mininister, Chibuike Amaechi, Hector Christopher Dokubo has said that he would trek from Port Harcourt to Tombia, if Amaechi emerges the presidential aspirant of the APC.
Hector who has been clamouring for the former Rivers Governor to clinch the ticket of the party, disclosed this in a statement today.
The Presidential Primary of the APC holds today, at Eagle Square in Abuja.
Amaechi is set to slug it out with other aspirants such as, the National leader of the party, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Sen. Ahmed Lawan, VP, Yemi Osinbajo amongst others.
The winner of the contest would face Alhaji, Atiku Abubakar of the PDP, Peter Obi of the Labour Party, amongst others in next year’s general election.
