Some members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Isu and Orwu communities in Etche LGA have defected to the People’s Democratic Party (PDP).
A former councilor in Orwu, Kirian Nwosu who spoke on behalf of the defectors said they decided to return to the PDP due to the achievements of the Governor Nyesom Wike-led administration.
Chairman of the PDP in Etche, John Otamiri while receiving the defectors charged them to work for the good and growth of the party. He also assured them of equal opportunities and treatment in the party.
