Rivers Governorship Aspirant, Sen. Magnus Ngei has said that he and the former Minister of Transportation, Rt. Hon. Chibuike Amaechi have been friends for years, and that they started politics as a group.
Abe, said this during an interview on NigInfo Cross Fire with Enoh this morning.
According to him, they were nine when they started, and were known as the “Cabal.”
The former Secretary to the Rivers State Governor, explained that he is not Amaechi’s boy as widely reported but, his friend and colleague.
He explained that they supported Amaechi to emerge Speaker of the State House of Assembly, and Governor of the state, noting that he has contributed to the growth of the party as one of its founding members.
Abe, also said he is the best man to govern the state, as he has the experience, capacity and the knowledge to build Rivers to be the envy of all states in the country.
He urged Rivers people supporting him to ensure that what he represents will contribute to their growth and well-being.
He also urged members of the party to look beyond individuals but look and consider the interest of Rivers People.
