A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress in Rivers State, Dr. Oko Jaja has called on the National leadership of the party to call the Minister of Transportation, Chibuike Amaechi to order and remind him that the party does not mean “Amaechi’s Personal Company.”
Oko Jaja, disclosed this during a press briefing in Port Harcourt, yesterday, while reacting to claims by two members of the party that he invited them to a meeting with the Rivers PDP chairman, Desmond Akawor on how to cause more crises in the party.
He accused members of the party loyal to Amaechi of being behind the allegation, adding that he has never met the two men in his life.
He called on the state commissioner of Police, Eboka Friday to investigate the matter.
According to him, the men were hired by the Amaechi faction to malign them, as he has not been to the house of Hon. Worgu Boms in the last two years and do not know their names.
