The All Progressives Congress has confirmed the resignation of its National Chairman, Abdullahi Adamu.
Deputy National Organising Secretary of the party, Nze Duru, confirmed Adamu’s resignation in a statement Today.
According to him, Abubakar Kyari, Deputy National Chairman, North will take over as the acting National Chairman in line with the party’s constitution.
“One can confirm, yes, credible information that the Chairman of the party has stepped down as the chairman of the party and meetings are currently ongoing,” he said.
