Spokesperson of the All Progressives Congress Campaign Council in Rivers State, Sogbeyi Eli has explained why Rivers people and businesses are suffering in the state.
Eli in a statement few days ago said people and businesses are suffering because the Flyovers built by Governor, Nyesom Wike were never part of the development plan of Port Harcourt.
He stated that Port Harcourt is grinding to a halt in the last couple of days due to obstruction caused by accidents on Aba Road or fallen tankers.
He accused governor Wike and Julius Berger of playing with Rivers money.
His statement reads,
When Flyovers are built via contracts awarded from a Governor’s breast pocket, this is what you get.
