A man identified as Emmanuel Sampson has been declared missing in Port Harcourt.
Emmanuel was last seen at the Elimgbu axis of Port Harcourt on Monday.
A Facebook user identified as Comfort Oladokun made this known in a post.
“My Fellow port Harcourt people, please, please🙏, treat this as urgent.
Please, this guy was my neighbor in Rumuodara and has been missing since Monday. His name is Emmanuel Nkemuka Sampson.
He was seen last at Elimgbu by 7pm where he works.
