Few hours after the headless body of a man was found at the Ntawogba Creek, Cherubium Road in Mile 3 Port Harcourt, another body has been found in the River with machete cuts.
A local vigilante personnel, Mr Richman in a chat with journalists said a man was apprehended while carting away the truck used in dumping the corpse in the River.
He said the man who identified himself as Isreal a native of Andoni Local Government Area, was handed over to the Nkpolu Division of the Nigeria Police.
Mr Richman said the corpse had machete cut all over his body.
