A 6-year-old boy identified as Peter Chinedu Okutalukwe has been declared missing.
Peter who stays at Igwuruta, along Etche road (NDDC new road), Rivers State, went missing since August 3 2023.
According to popular Rivers journalist, Ola Le Kan, he was outside playing with his siblings and twin brother, and when it was time for them to go and eat, his mom could not find him again.
