A teenager identified as Uchechukwu Emmanuel has been declared missing.
Sources say, the boy was last seen on Saturday, July 15 2023 at victory Estate in Elelenwo, Portharcourt, Rivers state.
Members of the public have been advised to report to the nearest police station if found or call 08037968850.
