A State High Court sitting in Port Harcourt has ordered the Police to pay Eze Ekpeye Logbo Eze Kelvin Anugwo the sum of N3m as compensation for his illegal arrest, and detaining him for over two months unlawfully.
Recall that the monarch was arrested over alleged involvement in the killing of the late Police officer.
