The Executive Chairman of Andoni Local Government Area, Hon. Lazarus Gogoteh Nteogwuile has donated relief materials to flood victims in Asaramaija community.

The Andoni Council Boss presented the relief items which includes: cartons of Indomie, Garri, Sugar, Salt, Groundnut oil and lots more to the victims when he visited the area on Thursday.

He assured the people that he will channel their plight to the State Government for a considerable shore protection project.

The donation was in response to calls by Asaramaija Community on Sunday 27th of October 2024 on flood incidence that ravaged the community.

The chairman had promised to send them relief materials to cushion the effect of the flood.
