Amnesty International says it has received reports of extra-judicial killings and human rights abuses by the military in Oyigbo Local Government Area of Rivers State, despite the existing curfew.
The organization made this known in a tweet on its official Twitter handle.
The non-governmental international organization known for fighting against human right abuses called on the military to exercise restraint and stop the killings.
