A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress in Rivers State, Chief, Eze Chukwuemeka Eze has denied claims by Chief, Tony Okocha that former Minister of Transportation, Hon. Chibuike Amaechi is no longer a member of the APC.
Okocha, had during an interview revealed that Amaechi warned the leadership of the party not to invite him to any function.
However, Eze in a statement said Amaechi had never at any time announced his exit from the party, and urged the public to ignore Okocha whom he described as a “hired imposter and political jobber.”
“Amaechi had never at any time announced his exit from the APC and, as such, remained the leader of the party” and urged the public to disregard Okocha, whom he called a “hired imposter and political jobber whose house serves as the Rumuigbo Psychiatric Hospital annex.” he said.
