Former DG of NIMASA, Dakuku Peterside has reacted to the contract signing of the N200 billion Port Harcourt Ring Road project by Governor Siminalayi Fubara.
Dakuku in a statement on Wednesday said it was the Chibuike Amaechi administration that conceived the idea of a ring road in Port Harcourt and commissioned the design.
According to him, the construction was suspended due to advice from experts
