Supporters of the Honourable Minister of Transportation, Chibuike Amaechi known as the “Amaechi Vanguard” have called on the Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike to resign following his comments.
Wike had said that he would resign as the governor of the state if anybody mentions a single project carried out by Amaechi, when he held sway as governor of the state.
National Chairman of the group, Mr. Haruna Bature made this known in a statement yesterday after he listed some of the achievements of Amaechi as governor of the oil rich state.
One of the achievements of Amaechi he mentioned was the refurbishing of the Port Harcourt International Airport, among others.
