The Rivers State Police Command has said that the officer who killed a “Keke Napep” driver this morning at Rukpokwu in Obio/Akpor LGA, has been arrested and disarmed.
State Spokesperson of the command SP. Nnamdi Omoni disclosed this in a statement shortly after the incident Today.
He stated that investigation into the matter have commenced as justice would be served.
The Keke Napep driver was allegedly shot dead by the mobile Police officer over his refusal to pay a bribe of N100.
