Rivers State Governor, Sir Siminalayi Fubara, has given Raffoul Nigeria Limited, the contractor handling the 6.5-kilometre Woji–Aleto–Alesa–Refinery Link Road project, a one-month ultimatum to complete the work or risk contract termination.
Fubara, who expressed dissatisfaction with the slow pace of the project, said the state government had already granted two contract variations to enable the contractor deliver on schedule.
He warned that further excuses would not be tolerated, stressing that his administration is committed to ensuring timely completion of all ongoing infrastructural projects across the state.
