The flag-off ceremony for the construction of Abonnema Cemetery, by the Chairman of Akuku-Toru LGA, Hon. Tonye Briggs-Oneyide is scheduled to take place on Tuesday, 3rd December, 2024.
The flag-off ceremony will have Governor, Sim Fubara as special guest, and will take place at the New Ring Road, Abonnema by 12noon.
The council in a statement invites the general public to the event.
