Winnie Miller, the young woman who recently came into the spotlight after being attacked for posting a video exposing conditions in a public school in Ahoada West, has written an open letter to social media activist VeryDarkMan, praising his advocacy and courage.
In the letter, Miller described the activist as a voice for millions of Nigerians who feel “unheard, unseen, and often forgotten,” noting that his outspokenness has made him a symbol of accountability and justice in the country.
She commended his fearless approach to addressing societal issues, highlighting his willingness to speak without bias or fear, even when it draws criticism from powerful individuals. According to her, his boldness continues to shine light on issues many are reluctant to confront.
Miller, whose own experience has sparked conversations around the safety of whistleblowers, said figures like VeryDarkMan inspire ordinary citizens to speak up and demand better governance.
She concluded by urging the activist to remain steadfast, stating that Nigeria needs more individuals who refuse to be silenced and are committed to speaking the truth despite the risks involved
