The Rivers State Government has again sealed the Presidential Campaign Council of the People’s Democratic Party in GRA, Port Harcourt.
The building was sealed Today by officials of the state Ministry of Physical and Urban Development for flouting the Executive Order 21.
Sources say seal tapes were used to barricade the building.
Recall that the state government had few days ago sealed the office which was later reopened hours later by unknown persons.
The state governor and the presidential candidate of the party, Atiku Abubakar have been having a running battle over the continuous stay in office of the national chairman of the party.
