The Presidency says it will not take sides in the ongoing political crisis in Rivers state.
Presidential spokesperson, Ajuri Ngelale disclosed this in a statement over the weekend.
He said those expecting the presidency to take sides in the crisis will be disappointed.
He, However, noted that the presidency will not allow anyone disrupt governance in the state.
Ngelale called on political actors in the crisis to sheath their swords for the sake of peace, adding that governance comes first.
