The Nigerian Navy Ship PATHFINDER has discovered and deactivated 3 illegal refining sites with 9 dug-out pits, 2 large reservoirs and 2 refining ovens in Rivers State.
The Navy in a statement said the discovery was made on Tuesday, September, 24 2024 at KE and Bille communities.
The Navy reiterated its commitment to ending oil theft in the region and warned those involved to desist from the act.
This comes few hours after it destroyed illegal Oil Sites in Bonny Local Government Area of the state.
