Osun State Governor, Ademola Adeleke, has clinched the Accord Party’s ticket for the 2026 governorship election.
Adeleke, who ran unopposed, secured 145 out of the 150 delegate votes in the primary election.
His formal emergence as the party’s flagbearer comes less than a day after he announced his defection to the Accord Party, following his exit from the Peoples Democratic Party over a month ago.
