Nollywood actress Doris Ogala has raised alarm over what she described as threats to her safety and coordinated attempts to silence her on social media, following a public dispute with Pastor Chris Okafor.
In a series of posts, Ogala claimed that her Facebook page had been taken down and that efforts were ongoing to compromise her Instagram account. She alleged that if she disappears from social media, it should be interpreted as a sign of danger to her life.
“I didn’t commit any crime. My only crime was that I loved my boyfriend, Pastor Chris Okafor,” the actress wrote, insisting she would not be intimidated into silence despite what she described as public judgment rather than support.
Ogala further made allegations of financial impropriety, claiming that Okafor once used his account to collect $60,000 in what she described as fraudulent funds. She added that she was “barely 23 years old” when their relationship began and said she was naive at the time.
The claims, which remain unverified, have sparked reactions across social media. Pastor Chris Okafor has not publicly responded to the allegations as of the time of filing this report.
Authorities have also not confirmed any investigation related to the accusations.
