Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike says it is better to acquire properties in Nigeria than to acquire them in Ghana.
The Governor, made this known while reacting to claims by the Minister of Transportation, Chibuike Amaechi that he was acquiring properties in the state.
Amaechi made the allegation during a ceremony to welcome new members into the APC, in Port Harcourt, on Sunday.
He accused Wike of looting tax payers money to acquire properties all over the state.
He also accused the Governor of neglecting vital sectors of the economy, like Education, Health and Human Capital Development.
Amaechi stated that he created employment for Rivers people, when he was Governor, by building banana and fish farms and also employed over 13,200 teachers.
He charged electorates to always hold politicians accountable.
