Abia State Governor, Dr. Alex Otti, has donated Toyota Hilux operational vehicles to security agencies.
The vehicles were presented at the International Conference Centre in Umuahia, and are aimed at supporting the efforts of security personnel in maintaining law and order across the state.
Governor Otti emphasized that ensuring the safety of citizens remains a top priority for his administration, and pledged continued support for security agencies to strengthen their operations.
The State Commandant of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Abia State Command, Commandant Akinshola Aderemi, expressed his gratitude for the governor’s generosity.
He assured the governor that the NSCDC would collaborate with other security agencies to safeguard lives and properties in Abia.
