Abia state governor, Okezie Ikpeazu, has accused Nnenna Otti, the INEC Returning Officer in the just-concluded March 18 governorship election in the state of compromise.

Ikpeazu, who made this known when he appeared on Channels TV said Otti was unfair and bias.

He said they knew Otti wouldn’t be fair in the electoral process because of the coincidence in her name and a contender in the poll but got assurances from the electoral umpire.

Otti had in a statement said she was bribed to rig the election in favour of a particular party but refused and insisted that the will of the people must stand.
