Munachimso Ohiagu a 9-year-old participant of the STEM Africa Fest has been declared winner of the competition.
‘Munachimso the Inventor’ was declared winner and champion of the competition after presenting his ‘Muna blocks’ by the panel of judges who listened to all 5 finalists.
His presentation was converting sawdust mixed with cement, sand and water to building construction, furniture and ornamental purpose blocks.

According to the organizers, their mission is to kindle the flames of enthusiasm for STEAM within African youth, who are poised to shape the continent’s tomorrow.
