The PDP caucus in the House of Representatives has accused the Rivers State House of Assembly members of trying to destabilise the government of Sir, Sim Fubara since their defection to the APC.
Spokesperson of the group, Hon. Ikenga Imo Ugochinyere (PDP, Imo State) during a press briefing also accused the lawmakers of breaching the Presidential Peace Accord by illegally amending and repealing laws that are of no relevance to alleviating the economic challenges in the State.
It noted that the Amaewhule-led lawmakers were no longer members of the Assembly in the eyes of the law.
