The Interim National Chairman of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), David Mark, has reiterated his commitment to upholding the party’s constitution, warning that anti-party activities will not be tolerated.
Mark, represented by party chieftain and former Katsina Central senator, Abubakar Sadiq Yar’adua, made the remarks at the weekend during a meeting of coalition partners in Kaduna.
He blamed Nigeria’s poor governance on the absence of internal democracy, stressing that the ADC is working to guarantee a level playing field for all members.
Commending the Kaduna State chapter for setting an example for others to follow, Mark assured members and coalition partners of fairness and transparency in the party’s activities.
The former Senate President urged members to remain united and coordinated, warning that “it will not be business as usual.”
