A chieftain of the People’s Democratic Party in Rivers state and presidential election management director in the state, Hon. Abiye Sekibo says Atiku Abubakar will win in Rivers State and do exceedingly well in other states.
Sekibo, who was an ally of Gov. Nyesom Wike made this known during an interactive session with the Atiku Campaign Team in Port Harcourt at the weekend.
Sources say during the meeting attended by supporters of Atiku, Sekibo said next year’s pesidential election will be won in the state effortlessly.
He urged supporters to ensure that Atiku wins, adding that Rivers people have decided to vote Atiku Abubakar and nobody else.
He also said that Atiku is a friend to Rivers people from time immemorial, and that they will maintain and sustain the relationship.
