Former governor of Anambra State and Presidential hopeful on the platform of the People’s Democratic Party, Peter Obi is in Rivers State in continuation of his nationwide consultations.
Obi, arrived the Port Harcourt International Airport this morning and, is expected to speak with stakeholders of the PDP, ahead of the party’s presidential primaries.
“We just arrived in Rivers State in continuation of our nationwide consultations,” he said in a statement on Twitter.
Obi, one of the top candidates to clinch the party’s ticket, had in a statement said he has what it takes to transform the nation.
Peter Obi is a Nigerian politician and businessman, who was the vice presidential candidate in the 2019 Nigerian general election under the People’s Democratic Party.
