The Federal government of Nigeria has ordered the closure of Polytechnics in the country to enable students participate in the forthcoming general elections.
Minister of Education, Adamu Adamu made this known in a statement Today. This comes barely a week after the National Universities Commission (NUC) ordered the closure of universities until after the elections.
He directed that all academic activities be put on hold from February 22 to March 14.
