Former Chief Whip of the Rivers State House of Assembly, Evans Bipi, has revealed that Labour party won the 2023 general elections in the state.
Bipi, who made this known in a statement said the elections were rigged in favor of the PDP under the watch of the FCT Minister, Nyesom Wike, adding that the PDP did not win any seat in the just concluded poll.
He also boastedb that Gov. Sim Fubara would win any election in the state despite forces working against him.
