Rivers Governor-elect, Sim Fubara has described the just concluded governorship election as the best so far by the Independent National Electoral Commission with the introduction of BVAS.
Fubara, said this while receiving his Certificate of Return from INEC in Port Harcourt on Wednesday.
The governor-elect who promised to deliver the dividends of democracy to Rivers people, called for the training of Ad-hoc staff used for elections.
He also extended an olive branch to his opponents, asking them to join hands with him so as to make Rivers state greater.
“The 2023 elections is the best that INEC has performed so far through the introduction of the BVAS,” he said.
