The Governorship candidate of Accord party in Rivers State, Dumo Lulu-Briggs is inviting Rivers people to the unveiling of his Manifesto christened “Prosperity For All”
The event will take place on Monday 13th February 2023 at the Ark Event Centre in Port Harcourt by 10:00am.
The Lulu-Briggs Campaign Council in a statement said the Manifesto contains plans Dumo has for Rivers State.
