The recently held Ward, Local Government and State congresses of the All Progressives Congress in Rivers State have been nullified by a state High Court sitting in Port Harcourt.
The presiding judge, Justice, Godswill Ogbomanu in his ruling Today, nullified the congresses by the party, after citing court order restraining the party from going ahead with the Congress.
He awarded a N10 million fine against the APC for disobeying the court ruling.
As you may know, the APC few weeks ago conducted its Congresses in Rivers State despite a court ruling restraining it from doing so.
